Hi, I have a problem with my partners phone. Not Hotmail has automatically "upgraded" his accout to Outlook he can't access his account on his phone. I've tried the hotmail help function but the suggested app isn't avaliable for the X10. I can find an app to access his accout but it doesn't give notifications of new mail. I've also tried a Notification app which isn't working either. Any suggestions would be gratefully received. Thanks
 
Access it on a PC first and get it logged in. Then remove the account on the phone and re set it up
 
Have you checked their official Outlook application in the Playstore? Also regarding the notifications, make sure in the email settings that the check interval is not set to manual or you will only get emails when you open the app, hence the no notifications.
