Hotspot is on, but connected devices don't have access to Internet

I have unlimited high speed data, so that rules out me running out of it. Yesterday just clearing my app cache data worked but the problem came around again and clearing app cache no longer works, I've tried rebooting, resetting network settings, and resetting to my default APN. Please help!

What carrier are you using? Because almost all carriers I know of cap mobile hotspot even if you have unlimited. For example Spectrum mobile which uses Verizon towers only allows 8 gig of hotspot usage before it's cut off.

Well so far it's only hit the 15gb mark but I've used my hotspot to download 20-30gb games before with no problems
