Hotspot no longer working

Hi all I just posted in the honor 5x forum then saw this forum. I've had metro for many years LITERALLY NEVER had an issue. Recently I went to turn on the mobile hotspot feature on my phone and I get a verifying Service authorization pop up followed by (see attached) message. Metro support is completely useless I guess I lucky I never had a problem. Thank you for any help.

You could be in need of a reboot or a factory reset.
If you know the exact system application name you can clear it's cache, try again, clear data, try again. It's in settings, applications. You night have to click show system applications.
