I have an LG Motion for Metro PCS and I need why the box next to Portable Wi-Fi Hotspot cannot be checked. What can I do to fix this?
 
Hi, and welcome,

You need to contact the carrier to activate the hotspot.

Most, if not all carriers, charge an extra fee for the hotspot.
