Hello, I inconveniently downloaded a virus yesterday but I can't find how to delete it. I know how it is called on my phone but I can't tap on "Uninstall" or "shut down"...

Settings > Security > Device Administrators. Make sure it isn't listed there. If it is, untick the box (to deselect it as an administrator) then see whether you can uninstall it. Apps that are selected as device administrators cannot be uninstalled unless you do this, so that is one possible explanation.

Otherwise, you may need to reflash your system software to overwrite it. Some malware can install as a system app, using the same exploits that "rooting apps" use. If your phone is vulnerable to that then you can't uninstall it without either rooting the device or completely replacing (reflashing) the system software. The procedures for that latter depend on the manufacturer and I'm not familiar with Sony phones, but I think @Slug may be able to point you at the right tools.
