How can I disable notification "Registering to Network"

Hi! I live in a house with extremely poor signal. Close to nil, actually. I own a Samsung Galaxy Note 1 with android OS 4.2.1. When my phone can't connect to the cellular network, it will constantly pop up a notification saying "Registering to Network" every few seconds. It annoys me because I constantly have to click "Okay". How can I disable this?
