Hello everyone, I'm a complete newb in the android world, and having that said I'm having serious troubles w/ my arc s. First is I connected my phone to my pc and tried to download apps from google play store assuming that the apps would install to the phone right away when you hit "install" but nothing happened. Now, question is, is it posible for me to download apps using my pc and get them transferred to my phone? And if its possible how do i do it? Cause my problem is I don't have any data plan or wi-fi access.
