How can I find specs on an Android tablet?

I acquired a low-end MID 7" Android Tablet.

I have all the documentation, but there is no mention of model#, CPU model, or CPU speed.

On the box it says "Tablet PC"

'Settings -> About -> Model Number -> Google' is probably going to be your best bet.

edit: if there's no model number (it may not look familiar, just a string of numbers) in the 'about device' section, then i really don't know what to tell ya.

I can find no "About" in the settings. In my setting I have "Wireless & networks" "Sound & display" "Location & security" etc. But no "About"

Going though the documentation I found "Adopt the RK2818B as the main chip, ARM embedding dual CPU stucture (ARM600Mhz+DSP550Mhz)." Is RK2818B the chip name? The docs all in broken English.

Other specs: 800x480 Resolution. ROM: DDR2 256K

I think it might be this:
