How can I get back photos that say "file not found" on Viber

How would I be able to get back photos I sent to someone when they say "file not found" when I got a new device and did back up. All my messages are there but I can not see or open the videos or images they only say file not found when I try. Is there a way to get them back? Please help! Attached is a screenshot of the things I sent that I can't open ..
