How can I get it to update?

So I came across a spectrum on CL for $20 and even though I just sold one who wouldn't buy one for $20.. Only one issue; It wont update, Ive tried forcing an OTA, using update tool from LG and calling verizon (they said my phone was up to date).... Its running ZV4 so Ill just assume they are ******* stupid..:smokingsomb:
