Help How can I install an older version of Android on my phone?

I update to my Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V to Android 4.0.3 ver but it is very slow . How can I install an older version of Android on my phone?

At the start of the upgrade process, a warning message appears, stating that downgrades are not possible.

The only way to get back GB(2.3.4) is to go to service centre, they will do it in a few minutes. There is no other way without rooting.

Gosh, same problem here exactly. If I had known how much slower the phone would run, I would surely not have installed 4.0, just not worth the irritation. How about just offloading some apps from phone memory? Would more free ram help? Cause on top of all this, I keep getting that error message about out of memory. There's 50+ mg free.
