How Can I Make The Gallery Organized Better?

I really like things organized on my Samsung Captivate. I have folders in my Gallery listed by date and all is good except....

Is there a way to NOT have videos and movies in the Gallery?
Also, when I download pics from emails and whatever, they end up by themselves in the Gallery. Can I auto save them to a special folder or something?

I created a separate file for all my videos. The only thing is you have to move them to the folder manually after you take a video. All my downloaded video go to a "Download" folder. I don't ever remember changing a setting though.

Hmm, I have separate files on my sd card also. On my sd card I have folders named... Videos, Music, Movies, Ringtones, MISC and Pics.

Somehow the Gallery syncs ALL those folders and puts in pretty much everything except music.

For pictures I use the gallery app JustPictures.
The main feature of JustPicture for me is its ability to hide folders, which I don't want to see
