Help how can i move apps to my sd card

i can't install more apps beacause i have low disk space..so i have to move some of the apps to sd card...but i don't know if that is possible on android 2.1..
please help

Unfortunately App2SD is not support with Android 2.1 so you wont be able to achieve this task.

i ask if there is any other way to do that...
i found an app calles Link2SD that supports Android 2.1 but you have to make two partitions on your SD card..but i can't understand how exactly i can do that..
