I liked things the way they were on my Galaxy S2 when auto rotate could always stay on and my home screen stayed in portrait mode. I could rotate the screen to show images in landscape or read web pages in landscape if I wanted to.
On my G2 the screen rotate f***es up my widgets and takes me 5 annoying seconds to turn, and turn back every time I lay down my phone and pick it up slightly elevated.
And they thought this would be a USEFULL feature?
Who the f*** would wants their icons to move from their fixed position anyway?
It's bugging me that I have to turn screen rotate on and off every time I want to show an image.
Is there some way to fix this?
I found one app that can override this but I don't want this 3rd party app always running on my phone.
