How can I place a clock on my home screen dock?

Basically, my goal is to be able to create a windows task bar, I have already made my dock gray with a custom picture I cropped and I have my start menu button placed on it. I just need a clock on it. I am okay with having my battery Meter and signal strength /network on it as well if need be. Also to kill 2 birds with one stone is there a way to have my dock move to the bottom when my phone switches to landscape rather than being to the right? I am using golauncher ex and would not like to switch as it has the theme I am building off of. Hope you guys can help me. Thanks in advance.
