how can i reach corporate to suggest an expansion in 4g?

i live in sf bay area and goto college at foothill college. i just so happens that foothill except for a select corner is on the edge of the 4g coverage area or just doesnt get it because it is in the hills, los altos hill. i know many people from there who dont have metro for that reason and for me it is the only place that i dont get 4g. im sure if metro would just put out a tower there it would make a huge difference as los altos hills is a populated area and foothill college is a very popular institution.

just want to know where i could suggest this not like it would make a difference but want to put it out there for them to keep in mind in case they plan future expansion with volte coming
