How can I remove FasterPin app?!

Tired of the SPAM but can't find it on my device to remove it! It doesn't show up in my market so I can uninstall. Can anyone help? * I have the Samsung Charge

Manage Applications menu? Maybe you didn't install from the market (doesn't show when I search for it either).

I haven't even heard of an app named FasterPin. Do you see it on your app drawer?
