How can I speak with Virgin Mobile supervisors?

I have sooooooo much trouble with the regular customer support that I feel like blowing my brains out sometimes. I've had enough. Is there any number I can call to speak with higher ups/supervisors who may be able to help me faster and more adequately? Their accents are really hard to understand and I've tried so many different agents, it's just really hard to get through to them what I'm asking 90% of the time. Clearly things get lost in translation so any help would be great... THANKS!

(how about not using VM.... yea, that'd be GREAT... I just can't afford any contract plans).

If you use Facebook or Twitter you can contact the US- based Social Media team through those channels - Virgin Mobile USA Facebook page or @VMUCare on Twitter. They will work with you through private messages or email to resolve problems.

There are still things they need to refer on to other channels, but for most issues I found them the easier way to get a satisfactory solution.

Email the virgin angels at saveme@virginangels.com (This is their twitter and facebook) I find though that these people are sometimes harder to work with than calling. Be very SHORT in your emails to them as them seem not to read the entire thing and will ask you questions that are answered in the email.

Also if you need even higher up

Don't forget virgin mobile usa is owned by sprint so just email dan@sprint.com (This is how I learned to get ahold of sprints exuctive CS when I had sprint and found out this week it also works with Virgin Mobile) Within two days someone from their executive office will call and email you that can help with virgin mobile.

I was promised a free month and a small phone discount in order to keep my virgin account and not go to aio. I never received the free month and the virgin angels where no help. They even ignored me and said I was just trying to get a free month (yeah say your customer is lying). Why would I do this if my whole goal was to cancel and move to AIO??? The lady from sprint credited my free month within 5 minutes of her first email. I never even called back. She was able to do it all by email and was very friendly and willing to help

P.S. I believe the retentions guy just messed up and credited my free month towards the phone. That's what the lady from sprint said it looked like happened. The phone should have only been $30 off and they gave me like $75 off.. She still gave me the month no questions asked. I did confirm with my credit card that I was only charged $37 which I should have been charged $70something so her guess is probably correct
