Help How can I tell how much data I have used

Hi,

Vodafone have suddenly decided to enforce their fair useage (ironically for their unlimited internet plan!!!) policy.

I received an email from VF informing me that I have nearly used my 500mb allowance with over a week to go. This is mainly apps, background data and you tube vids.

When I called them up they said I should monitor it myself on the handset. How do you do this on the X10 Mini.
