How can I unblock a number from my Android phone?

Once, a friend kept sending annoying stuff so I blocked his number. I either blocked it using Google Voice, or GoSMS. When I blocked the number, I blocked it on my Sprint LG Optimus S, but I upgraded recently to a Sprint LG Optimus G. My friends number is blocked even on my new phone and when I check the blacklist and rejection list, there's no numbers in either of them that are being blocked. Please help
