Root how can i unlock the carrier ?

hello guys i just got 3 LG L70 ms323
and i cant use them in my country is there a way to desimlock ?
i rooted/unlocked the bootloader and flashed a custom rom

eBay has vendors for LG unlock under $2. Probably would have been safer to do before flashing the ROM...

i tried three ebay vendors who were lg ms323 specific, i had to cancel each time and they all said the lg servers they relied on to generate the codes were down, with no expected time until problem resolved. if anyone has any luck please let me know until then i'm waiting on what seems like a pipe dream

So i got mine unlocked by metropcs. The friend i got ny phone from had to call and unlock it but t came througj
