how can i use internet without wifi with mobile phones

Are you trying to use your mobile phone to access the internet? If so, all you need need to do is turn on your mobile data from the notification menu, it should look like two arrows pointing up and down.
Or, are you trying to use your mobile phone as a hotspot so that other devices such as a WiFi only tablet or laptop computer can use your mobile data? If that is the case, then I would need more information. What is the make and model of your phone and who is your cell phone carrier? Many people have success using FoxFi for this purpose.
