How can re-Install pais Apps on replaced Droid device?

I need to replace my Droid due to a screen issue and have several Paid Apps on my existing Droid that I will want to re-install like Open Home, My Backup Pro, etc. and need to know how to register these Paid Apps on the new Droid device.

Can I just Backup my Apps(paid and free) using the MyBackupPro App on my SD card and then install the old SD card in new Droid device and Restore?

Yep, same here. Had to exchange my Droid as well, the Market took care of everything, and I didnt have to repay.
