How come I can get my phone's cpu freq. to 600mv on Perfromace governor but not on any other

So right now my phone has all its frequency

Possibly a hardware issue. You are obviously trying something the manufacturer never intended, and you shouldn't be surprised if the system malfunctions when you do that.


Also I'm pretty sure cpu frequency is measured in "hz" (hertz), not "mv" (millivolts?).
