Help How do I block bluetooth connection to Razr from certain devices

I found other people's devices "connected but not paired" to my Razr. How do I block that from happening?

Paired = connected the other devices are just showing as available, kinda like seeing wifi connections. Nothing to block.

Well, but doesn't pairing require access to both devices? I found someone's Ipad paired but not connected to my phone, which I don't understand because I thought you have to enter/match a password to do that?

Yes, like I said your phone is simply in range of the other devices you need do nothing.
