How do I Boot into CWMod?

I understand everything about rooting. my LG Marquee (boost) except one line
I'm not feeling comfortable about...
Boot Into CWMod
if CWMod.zip was downloaded to the sd card. how am I supposed to
"Boot into it" sorry for the Noob brain dead question but I'm so psyched
about doing this I want to make sure I do everything correctly. thanks in advance.
