Help how do i calibrate my motion settings?

I have the Epic touch. When i first got the phone it asked me to calibrate the motion settings and I dont think I did it correctly. How do I redo it?

Gyro Sensor Calibration and Horizontal calibration:

Menu=>Settings=>Display=>Gyro Sensor Calibration (AND/OR) Horizontal calibration
