How do i change app icons?

For some reason I can't seem to find any app that will change the icons on my phone. Any apps anyone knows that can do that? I'm surprised i can't find any.

with LauncherPro you can change dock icons, but i have never seen or heard anything to change actual app icons.

Better cut would be able to change the icons. Just create a new shortcut using better cut and delete the old icon on home screen.
