How do I change fave forums?

Hello, I'm returning after a couple of years. I now have a new Galaxy Note 2, and I've joined that form, but a couple of years ago, I had a TMobile HTC 2 or whatever it was called, and I can't find a way to make my profile not be in those profiles anymore. How do I remove myself from all forums EXCEPT Galaxy Note 2? Thank you for help!!
