How do I change icons in AnyCut?

How do I change the icons in AnyCut? Mind you I'm new to the Droid World.

I do believe that if you want to change the icon for a home screen shortcut you'll need the paid upgrade called "Better Cut".

Then, go to the app tray, select Better Cut > Edit Shortcut > [select shortcut] > Change Icon.

better cut is still free, I think
also look at "folder organizer"
it is updated semi often, and I find less "hic-ups" in using it
