Please forgive me if I am posting this in the wrong area, this is my first thread.
Due to my wifi being terrible, and no chance of it being upgraded, I use my phone tethering (oneplus 2) and connect it to my pc by cable. I get 'ok' speeds and surfing the web is fine, however in video games it tells me I have a strict NAT type, which sometimes doesn't enable me to play with friends, I can't use my mic, and it just generally excludes me from most activities in multiplayer games. How would I change the NAT type to Open instead of Strict? Or even NAT type 2 would be good. I am very new to this so please explain it to me like I'm a child. I very much appreciate all related answers!
