How do I change the battery on LG-MS695

I am 64 and don't know how to change the battery on my LG-MS695 Android cellphone. Yep, it's true--I am an idiot

I see numerous listings for LG-MS695 batteries, which means you should have a removable back-plate cover.

Turn off phone, remove back cover, change battery.
