I cannot get my Samsung Epic 4G to connect to my computer. First of all the phone is not being recognized as a device that is connected. 2nd I am getting a message that drivers are not installed.
Go to samsung website and look for your phone model in the support section and download the driver for it. If you have already installed the drivers then restart the phone. If that doesnt work restart the computer. The last thing you can do is uninstall the drivers then restart computer and reinstall the drivers and reboot computer again.
