Hi everyone,
I'm interested in creating an app where people upload their own pictures. Then others can look at the pictures and rate them. So they'll give it a thumbs up or a thumbs down. Then I want there to be a top 10 list and a bottom 10 list that they can look at.
Since I'm completely new to Android development, I have a few questions:
1. How difficult is it to build this app by myself?
2. How difficult would it be for an experienced app developer to create this?
3. Would the user photo uploading process be difficult to code?
