If I am not wrong, the stock music player will automatically sort your music based on the available information in the music files (albums, titles, artists). If such information is missing, your music database will be arranged incorrectly. What I would suggest is that you either use your computer or an Android app like iTag to add all the necessary information to your tracks. I suspect you have incorrectly input your song' titles as album names, which explains why every song is an album.
