How do I delete applications or Internet history files?

Hi I need to know how to delete applications on my Android tablet or delete history?

Can anyone help much appreciated?

I am not familiar with tablets, but from my phone, to delete apps you can open the Market, go to My Apps and select the app to remove. There should be an uninstall option.

Or, from the home screen, go to Settings, Applications, Manage applications, select the app, then select Uninstall


What do you want to erase history for? Certain apps have an option in their menus to delete history. You might try History Eraser from the Market. It seems to erase history for a good number of areas:
