How Do I delete my account from Forums

I'd like to delete / remove my account. How do I go about doing so?

Option one, disable account, option 2, your email is removed and your name is greyed out. Either option leaves your content in place.

BTW, I'm closing the thread as it gets confusing if we have too many of these threads open.
