how do i disable accessibility settings without touching the screen?

i was fooling around with the accessibility settings and i accidentally made touching the screen into going back so now whenever i tap the screen, i can't select anything. i can't even shutdown the device and there is this purple box surrounding things on my screen.

Which version of Android is your Tab E 9.6 running? Also, I'm unclear about what '...screen into going back' is describing. Please elaborate a bit more.
