Help How do I download the new system update on my ZTE?

I was trying to do a new system update on my ZTE prestige phone and it says 'to download this update please switch to your other SIM card'. What do I do? I don't have another SIM card. And it says 'couldn't download'

It eventually downloaded. So everything's fine.
