how do i fix my android phone theme

hey i need help i some how broke my phone. i downloaded a new theme from off my phone from the theme market and the new theme that was updated onto it is missing files so my phone now works like a basic cell because the home page appears as a black screen with the notification bar at the top and thats it i cant access any options or settings on my cell. it also takes forever now to turn on because it will freeze on the window that flashes the word samsung and the only way to get it to work is to hold the call button for 15 mins. what do i do to fix this? i dont have a lot of money so replacing the phone with a new android is my last option i was hoping there is a way to fix it. can someone help me please?

Never heard a problem like this before. I'd try doing a factory reset. You won't lose your contacts and pictures, assuming they're on the SD card.
