Help How do i flash a stock rom on my device? (samsung galaxy player 5.0)

Hello i did something very stupid i edited my build.prop now my Samsung galaxy player 5.0 or Samsung galaxy S WiFi 5.0 won't boot.I have an idea on what to do and i want to make sure i have it all straight i dont want to brick it or mess it up more.Firstly, i did some searching and i want to know if this is the right stock ROM http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=2192488
I downloaded the USA one,Is that the right stock Rom? How do i flash the stock ROM with Odin?
Will flashing a stock ROM fix my problem?
