how do I flash transparent multiview in CWM

I want the black transparent mod from xda developers

but unfortunately I am a new Root user (have had phone for a year) and this thread does not have enough details for me to understand how to use CWM to actually modify the multiview command bar.

FlashIng is a term that means to install. You would need to place the file on your memory card, reboot the phone into recovery mode (cwm is a recovery program that operates independent of the operating system.) Once in cwm you select "install zip from sdcard" then "choose zip from sdcard" then you select the file you wish to flash (install) and finally select "yes". Once it finishes installing go back to the main menu and select reboot.

(The phone doesn't come with cwm, you have to install it yourself.)
