i ve tried upgrading my phone with the jf modded cupcake and it said that the software is not compatible. so how do i upgrade my phone to cupcake?

We're gonna need more info. What f/w version are you running now and have you followed the rooting process?

I have an unlocked G1 with AT&T and received my Cupcake update OTA today. This is the second OTA update I have received.
