How do i get rid of this annoying icon

How can i get this annoyibg icon off my s5? Its the light blue circle.

It look like tune in radio...long press and choose remove

Its not that. And i cant long press and delete. It brings notification panel for the phone

Does it float from screen to screen? Or does it remain static?

Just for giggles, press and hold the left button (left of the home button) for a couple seconds. Could be a task manager shortcut icon?
