how do i get to my contacts

how do i get to contacts or do i even have a contacts list to go to on this
 
You should have a contacts app (HTC call it People, it's Contacts in plain Android). Or open the dialer and there should be a contacts tab.

If that isn't what you are asking, can you post again with a fuller explanation?
