How do I Hard Reset Aquos Phone ISW16HS?

My friend's mom picked up a dropped Japanese-Tourist's Smartphone.
Asked me to system restore it. But I can't hard reset since there's no Main Menu or Back physical buttons. Tried power and volume up/down still can't bring me back to Recovery Settings. Please help.

It's pattern locked - 9 point swiping thing :O

The Phone has no WiFi or Data turned on.
