Help How do I Install Android 4.0 on multimedia system (Car)

Hi.
I have a multimedia system on my car (Mazda 3 2007) running Win CE 6.0.
I saw on Youtube some guy with the same system, Running Android 4.0

Anyone knows how do I install Android OS instead of the Win I have now?
And where can I download it?

There's no way a computer from 2007 would run Android 4. It doesn't have enough RAM or CPU to handle it.

Correct me if wrong, but ARM version 7 and the cortex architecture didn't appear until 2010
