How do I keep Secure Folder notifications to show only when secure folder is opened?

How do I keep Secure Folder notifications to show only when secure folder is opened?

I'd like to see no notifications when Secure Folder is locked. I'd like to see them when it is unlocked. Seems to me that's what most people would want. The whole point is to keep things seperate. Any help is appreciated.
