How do I know ?

I have a HTC Hero and have heard all the fuss about Android 2.1. How do I know if Android 2.1 is installed or not on my phone. If it has been updated then I have not noticed any difference. :mad:
 
Menu>Settings>About phone>Firmware version

If like me you are on Orange UK it will say 1.5. I am checking the HTC website daily as there have been reports that a firmware ROM update shoule be ready to download any day soon. In fact, the reports I read seem to suggest that today could be the day.
 
Checked it, I have 2.1 and didn't know it. Didn't see much difference apart from things not working well at all.:mad:
