How do I make Icon Packs?

I know how to make icons, nice hi-res icons, but I do not know how to compile them into the Icon Packs like the ones in the Marketplace for Openhome and Bettercut.

Does anyone know how to make them or have a link to a tutorial on how to do this?

That is exactly what I need to do is figure out how to get the icons in to a pack and on to my phone. Anyone???

I was thinking of this as well, I'll google around and post if I find anything when I'm done with my shows

I haven't figured out how to make icon packs but I figured out that I can do it with Bettercut. So I found some icons and put them on my sd card in a folder called "icons". then I used Bettercut to make shortcuts.
